Sr. Account Manager

Jump Company is looking for a senior level account leader with extensive marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting but not required, with a passion for delivering for clients and leading their vision to advertising and marketing success. In particular, we have a couple of healthcare clients that need specific attention and support, so experience in compliance and the navigation of healthcare work is appreciated. To be clear, there is room outside of healthcare in these hires, but experience or a willingness to learn in that vertical is valued.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for senior-level clients (Supervisor, Director)
  • Recognizes opportunities to help our clients succeed and make our work better
  • Builds strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Maintains a strong command of the clients’ industry, business, and brand, operating as a trusted extension of the client’s team and serving as a necessary ‘translator of client needs/expectations
  • Can navigate challenging client dynamics inclusive of managing expectations and timing
  • Understands and stewards’ best practices across channels to help optimize idea generation, execution and performance
  • Generates creatives briefs, presentations, timelines and more
  • Facilitates client meetings inclusive of status meetings, presentations and planning sessions
  • Supervises internal team dynamics helping ensure collaboration occurs and the appropriate processes are developed to ensure success
  • Anticipates issues and addresses problems that arise effectively and efficiently
  • Escalates internal and/or client issues to Account Director or Director of Account Services
  • Helps develop and drive strategy and account planning
  • Ensures creative upholds the clients’ brand standards, aligns to the campaign objectives, and is consistent with the Jump standard
  • Assists with scope development and budget adherence
  • Presents plans, proposals, ideas and creative
  • Works closely with account managers/coordinators delegating work as needed, consulting with account leadership, and collaborating across departments
  • Manages and key client relationships that are critical in driving agency revenue, provide prominence/exposure that helps elevate Jump’s position and/or shows potential for growth
