While DMH continues to offer advanced services and specialized care, greater awareness of these strengths was needed to build patient trust and support hospital growth. Strengthening DMH’s reputation was key to increasing patient volumes, enhancing revenue, and supporting Memorial Health’s long-term financial sustainability.

This campaign repositions Decatur Memorial Hospital as a trusted, high-quality provider by highlighting Memorial Health’s investment in the Decatur community, its commitment to local, accessible care, and DMH’s clinical strengths. With a focused brand message and integrated media plan, the campaign aims to rebuild trust and reinforce DMH’s essential role in the region. 

Performance Highlights

Since its launch in May 2024, the DMH Reputation Campaign has significantly expanded brand visibility and community engagement across the Decatur region. The integrated media approach has delivered measurable results: 

  • 102.7 million impressions across digital, social, print, and out-of-home media channels. 
  • More than 209,000 website clicks driven by paid media placements. 
  • Over 124,000 website sessions, with 52,777 new users engaging with content about local services and providers. 

Due to strong performance, the campaign was extended. Strategic creative refreshes were implemented to maintain momentum and reduce ad fatigue. Additional creative was launched to support supplemental campaigns, including General Surgery and Cardiology. 

These outcomes reflect growing local awareness and a strengthened connection between Memorial Health, DMH, and the Decatur community.
