Overcoming Staffing Shortages

Like many hospitals nationwide, Memorial Health faced critical staffing challenges brought on by COVID-19, forcing the organization to rely heavily on agency staff to fill vacant positions. To help alleviate their reliance on traveling Nurses and Patient Care Techs, Memorial’s talent acquisition team partnered with Jump to create, develop and deploy a targeted initiative.

Targeted Lead Generation

Jump leveraged the campaign idea “Right Time. Right Place.” to personalize messaging across various audience segments, including past employees and applicants, current traveler positions and local prospects. The personalized messaging, new incentives, and targeted lead generation efforts focused on securing full-time employees for key positions within a 10-week campaign window.

By the end of this campaign, we generated millions in savings for the organization by securing critical nursing and patient care technician hires. The campaign also generated 91 additional hires and 3x more activity year-over-year.
